Scheduling A Transfer
Set up your transactions to get fulfilled on a particular day or a specific time. You can also automate transactions by making them recurring; what this means is that they happen every day, week, month, or year.
You can schedule your transaction while you're setting the purchase upon the send money screens. Once you've entered the recipient's name and phone number, you'll be taken to a page to input your desired amount and the purpose of the transaction. By sliding the "Schedule Payment" toggle at the bottom of your screen, you can set your transaction as a scheduled or recurring transfer.
You can also schedule a transaction from the scheduled payments page by clicking on the "Add new Scheduled Payment" button. The flow is as simple as can be:
- Select a contact
- Input your desired amount and the purpose of the transaction
- Set the payment date
- Choose whether to repeat the transaction or not (Scheduled? Or Recurring?)
Scheduling A Bill
You can also schedule bills on gomoney. Airtime, DSTV, IKEDC - we've got you covered 😉
To schedule your bills:
- Go to Services and click the icon of your desired biller
- Fill in all your relevant information
- Slide the "Schedule payment" toggle to set your payment as a scheduled or recurring bill.
Canceling A Scheduled Payment
You can cancel your scheduled bills and payments at any time. Go to the Scheduled Payment Page, click on your scheduled transaction, and deactivate your transfers. If there's ever a need to reactivate a transfer, you'll find that the deactivation button has been replaced by one to reactivate your transaction.
If you're entirely done with a transfer, you also have the option to delete it.
