How do I change the personal information associated with my account?

Personal details such as your home, email addresses and phone numbers are editable in the personal details section of your gomoney app. To access this section, click on your the circular icon with your initials or profile picture on the home page of your app. This will lead you to your profile page.

Unfortunately, for security reasons you cannot edit certain personal details such as you first and last name or date of birth.

However, we understand that this may be necessary due to autocorrect issues, accidentally inputting the wrong name or date of birth. In these situations, you can send our customer support team a message with your ID card attached and we'll get you sorted.
