What do I do if I think my virtual card may be compromised? – gomoney knowledge base

If you think your virtual card may be compromised, please freeze or block your card in the app immediately.

To do this:

Open the homepage of the gomoney app and swipe right to the second section of the homepage.
Here you will see your virtual card and 3 possible actions listed below it: reveal details 👁️, freeze ❄️ and block 🔒.
Select the relevant option and input your PIN to proceed.
