We understand how inconvenient this is for you. We did this because we reviewed your account upgrade documents and found a few issues with what you submitted. This could either be;
- Invalid means of identification - This encompasses expired IDs and a few other discrepancies with the information on the ID.
- Invalid Selfie verification - If you submitted a photo that is of someone else, an inanimate object or a blurry photo.
- Home address update - If you haven’t updated your home address in-app, we may downgrade your account. We need a valid home address so we’re able to send your physical cards to you.
What happens next? Please reach out to the customer success team with a valid means of ID, a selfie of you holding up that same ID and you'll be prompted to upgrade your account again. Please know that if you submit invalid information again, your account will be frozen.
