Getting started with Physical cards

Requesting your Physical Card

Requesting your physical card is entirely virtual and easy.

• Open your gomoney app, and click on cards beside accounts on the top left side of the home screen. Click on "new physical card". 

• Once you have successfully requested your card you'll receive a pop-up message showing you the date your card would be delivered. You can always revisit the physical card page to remind yourself of the delivery date.

Setting up your Physical Card

Activating your card is virtual, easy and stress-free— that's our thing.

1. Open your app
2. Select "Activate my card" and enter your 16 digit card number (it's at the back of your card)
3. Enter your card PIN

And you're done! See? Easy! No ATM Lines.☺️

Your card works like every other debit card. You can make POS* payments, withdraw from ATMs and pay for goods and services online. You will always receive notifications tailored to your transactions, so you can track your spending and also feel more secure 😌.
