Upgrade Account

Here's a breakdown of how to upgrade your account from a starter account to a standard account:

• Tap on Settings on the home page of your gomoney application.  
• Tap on Transaction Limits
• Tap on the highlighted text "upgrading your account", and you'll be directed to submit the required documentation.

Typically, every gomoney account has two upgrade options for a standard account - the automated and, if that doesn't work, an option to "upload manually" will pop up at the bottom of the next page. This comes directly to us, too. Once your documents are verified on our end, your account will be upgraded. This will take about 48 hours.
