IMPORTANT: Do not share your card details (this includes; Card PIN, Card Number, and CVV) with anyone or any website you do not trust. These are private and confidential information that only you should know.
Pausing and Resuming your Card Transactions
If you suspect any transactions you do not recognize or that you find suspicious. You can pause your card for a period of time until you make sure that your card details have not been compromised. If your details are safe and you recognize the transactions you can simply resume the card and make it active again. Follow the steps below to pause and resume your card transactions.
Pause Card Transactions
- Log into your gomoney app
- Tap on cards and swipe to the card you think has been compromised.
- Tap on Pause Transactions and type your card PIN to Pause it
Resume Card Transactions
- Log into your gomoney app
- Tap on cards and swipe to the card you think has been compromised.
- Tap on Resume Transactions and type your card PIN to Pause it.
Blocking Your Card
If you are sure that your card information has been compromised, you can deactivate your card by permanently blocking the card. Blocking your card is irreversible and the card will not work or function again. You can block the card only for physical and virtual cards or block and replace your card for physical cards only.
Block Card
- Log into your gomoney app
- Tap on cards and swipe to the card you think has been compromised.
- Tap on Block Card and type your card PIN to Block and deactivate your card.
Block and Replace Your Physical Card
- Log into your gomoney app
- Tap on cards and swipe to the card you think has been compromised.
- Tap on Replace Card and select if your card was lost/stolen or if it got damaged or broken
- Select how you want your name to be written on your new card
- Create a card PIN
