While creating a gomoney account, one of the verification steps you'll need to pass is the face verification step. This helps us put a face to the owner of the account and verify that you are a real person and not a robot. Here are a few reasons why face verification might fail:
- Darkroom/environment: You need to stay in a well-lit environment so the camera can get a clear view of all your facial features.
- Wrong face placement: Give enough space between your face and your phone's camera.
- Blinking too quickly: Follow the instructions and blink slowly when asked to.
